Completion of final phase refurbishment of Dromkeen House Preparatory Dept, Sullivan Upper School

Moore MacDonald & Partners undertook the complete refurbishment and remodelling of this original preparatory department building for Sullivan Upper School, Holywood. The works were completed in three phases over three summer holiday periods so as the school could remain operational during term time.

Starting with roof replacement and top (2nd floor) classroom refurbishment, works were carefully programmed to minimise inconvenience for pupils and staff until completion of the final phase.

Moore MacDonald & Partners were lead consultant providing Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services.

We hope that all staff and pupils enjoy their new facilities.
